In Belgium, there are already a lot of honouring initiatives, such as Night of the Internet, BeCommerce Awards and many more, but none was honouring the system behind a successful website - a Content Management System.

As one of the leading vendor & integrator neutral CMS Consultancy companies in Europe, CMS-Channel decided to organise once a year the CMS-Awards, an award honouring the best websites driven by a CMS, whether the CMS is open-source or commercial. 

CMS guru's, trendwatchers and specialists will be taking seat in this year's jury.

Next year's edition will take place on Thursday, December 4th 2008 at Sky Hall - Zaventem Airport.
