Judging Criteria

From the sites submitted, our Jury of Experts will independently inspect each site and rate them based on the categories they are submitted in:

• design/layout
• navigation
• content
• SEO
• Web 2.0
• Government

Each website is reviewed by the members of the professional jury.

The Jury of Experts compiles the ratings to compare all of the websites entered in each category. Finally, in each category, the 3 websites with the best rates may be considered as the winners of respectively the Bronze Award, the Silver Award and the Golden Award.

There will also be an Overall Winner. This website receives the highest points in all 5 categories.

In case of a tie, the professional jury will study these websites carefully.

Every member of the jury will rate the sites to the best of his/her ability.
There will be no communication during or after the awarding process with companies asking for an explanation why they haven't won.

Besides the Jury of Experts, we also ask you, the public jury, to bring out your vote.

Take a deeper look at the sites and give your vote to the site you believe to be the best in each category.

Everybody can vote for one or more websites, but you can only bring out one vote per category.
